Review of Die Stereo Boy! Die! Die! Die!

This is perhaps the overlooked Franglais art film of the last century. Touted by Mrs. Dirner’s Introductory French class as both “nice” and “strange,” DSBDDD achieved a cult following amongst homeless people that slept in the movie theatres that were tricked into screening this film. With a budget of $10.52, director Steve Dellahoyde fooled his longtime compatriot, Wakiza Gamez, into doing the film for extra-credit, for which there was none given. Unfortunately the film was lost forever in the year 2000, when it was left in the trunk of a red-convertible Chrysler LeBaron: traded for a poster of Webster and a remote control to an unknown electrical appliance. 4/5 stars. Rated R for language.
